    What should I include in my bug report?

    Please include: the platform you were using (e.g., Instagram, TikTok), the username or URL you tried to view, your browser and device, a description of what happened, and a screenshot if possible. The more detail you provide, the faster we can fix it.

    Can I request a new platform to be added?

    Absolutely! Select "Feature Request" as the subject in the form above and tell us which platform you'd like to see added. We review all requests monthly and add new platforms based on user demand. You can also vote on our community Discord.

    Do you offer phone support?

    Phone support is available for Business plan customers with a dedicated account manager. For Free and Pro users, we offer email support and live chat — both are fast and reliable. If your issue is complex, we can schedule a call after initial email triage.
